   Does exactly what it says it does. Worth the money. Watch the settings if you are new to this as higher settings can be painful. You need to use a lot of lube and keep the item clean to not have irritation and to keep it from hurting the skin. Works great when use properly. I only mention the above because I was skeptical at first due to bad review, but followed the instructions and found it definitely worth the price.

   ABSONIC Belt

   The belt works pretty well for the low price. It definitely exercises the muscles and runs which ever program and intensity you want.

   The buttons stick sometimes. I wore out my first one, so I bought 2 more. I was rough with it and a button fell out.

   The amount of area covered by the belt is decent, but it would be nice if it was larger. You need to move it to another area and run it again.

   i have been using my absonic for several weeks now and have seen major improvements on my stomach i have already lost alot of the weight on my stomachand the muscles are tearing into a six pack
